You can return Cordus+Sacrus devices within 30 days after purchase on the website if completed a full course on the methodology and didn't feel any effect. The percussion massager, functional food, case and belt are non-refundable.
The quality of our products is confirmed by a registration certificate and medical certificates.

Medical products are included in the list of non-food products of good quality that are not subject to exchange (approved by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated December 30, 2020 No. 2463), therefore these goods are not subject to exchange and return if they do not suit the shape, color, configuration, style, dimensions.
Over 10 years of developing the technique, our company knows the effectiveness of the technique and is confident in the result. That is why NeuroTechnology LLC provides the opportunity to calmly verify the effectiveness of the technology of complex spinal therapy, and if you do not feel any effect after completing the full course, we provide the opportunity to return 50% of the money within 30 days from the date of purchase (excluding transportation costs) or exchange for other company products.
Refund of 50% from the cost of the devices applies to the Cordus Easy mechanical device and to any sets of devices (Easy Easy Set, Vibro Set, Vibro + Ero Set), other goods of good quality cannot be returned.
Devices can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase in the following cases:
1. The devices were purchased on the company's official website cordus.ru.
2. The devices have no mechanical damage and work properly, except for the presence of manufacturing defects.
3. The integrity of the packaging is preserved and the equipment of the device is completely preserved (instructions, cable, possibly charger, case, depending on the model).
When returning goods, the cost of delivery to the buyer and the cost of return shipping are deducted from the amount of payment for the devices, the received amount of money is returned to the buyer's card with which the payment was made or from the company's cash desk in the case of a cash purchase at the office of NeuroTechnology LLC.
Refunds are made within 10 working days from the date of receipt by NeuroTechnology LLC from the buyer of the returned product (devices) in the presence of a written application drawn up according to a template from the buyer, issued within 30 days from the date of purchase of the device (s), by mail service@cordus.ru or via telegram/whatsapp messenger +7 908 08 04 786.

The devices are returned using a return invoice issued by NeuroTechnology LLC.
Guarantees
The warranty period for the device is 24 months (12 months for devices with electronics) and covers manufacturing defects. During the warranty period, the consumer has the right to free repair (replacement, if repair is not possible) of devices resulting from a manufacturing defect.
If you open the device yourself, the warranty on the device is terminated.

Delivery throughout Russia
Delivery to any city in Russia is calculated according to the tariff of the transport company. You can select the shipping options available when placing your order.
Delivery to CIS countries
We ship devices to Kazakhstan and Belarus on a 100% prepayment basis. You will also need to pay for delivery by mail or SDEK for 700 rubles.
Delivery times
